The Bracelet Vase is formed from folded ceramic slabs joined together through visible pinched seams. Rather than concealing the connections, the construction remains exposed, revealing the process of making.
A translucent glaze flows across the clay body, shifting between warm amber-brown tones and darker, almost metallic surfaces where it gathers more densely. The movement of the glaze accentuates the folds and edges of the form while creating subtle variations in depth, reflection and colour.
Fired at high temperatures, the ceramic body is fully vitrified and waterproof.
Handmade in Berlin, each piece is individually formed and glazed, resulting in unique variations in surface and character.
